WHAT TO BRING

  • Buy and print your Montana State fishing license --> Click here THIS IS MANDATORY FOR AGES 12 AND OVER!

  • Fly Fishing Rod and Reel (9’- 5 and/or 6 weight)

  • Waders and Boots (not needed on float trips, but sometimes nice to have) **Please no studded boots in the boats

  • Rain Jacket and Rain Pants – Not only great for an unexpected rain storm but also good for windy days and brisk mornings (rain pants not needed if you have waders).

  • Other Important Attire – Watch the Forecast for Your Trip. Don’t forget about under layers, hat (beanie and regular) and gloves. Sunglasses, sunscreen and lip balm.

  • Note: If you need any of these items, please let us know in advance and we will make arrangements to get them for your trip.

  • Extra fly fishing rod and reel.

  • All terminal tackle: Flies, leaders, tippet, etc.

  • Picnic lunch and nonalcoholic drinks. Please let us know if you have any food allergies or special requests.
