TERMS & CONDITIONS

Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a $150 nonrefundable deposit per day and per boat (if applicable). In the event of a cancellation the deposit may be transferred to another trip within the same calendar year (subject to availability). The balance of the trip cost is due 31 days before your arrival in the form of check or credit card. No refunds of payments will be issued if you cancel within 30 days. Inclement weather, water levels, water temperatures and/or undesirable fishing conditions are not acceptable reasons to cancel or receive a refund. The outfitter has the discretion to refund your payments under any other uncontrollable circumstances. Receipt of your deposit is acknowledgement that you accept our cancellation/refund policy.
